Otherwise known as, The Clippah Went West...and Stayed There!
We took a road trip to the Southwest in October 2011. Life just wasn't the same after returning to Chicago, so we moved to Las Vegas in June 2014, acquired one more dog, and a couple more trailers!
This blog is dedicated to my Grandpa Norman, who made it his mission in (later) life to purchase and trade-in as many motor homes as he possibly could. We love you!

10/20 Bryce Canyon National Park
Fast and furious. We did it. It's interesting because compared to Zion or Arches, we weren't really amazed by Bryce until you drive in a bit. You have to drive up the mountain to the overlook to get to the sections that are the most famous (the hoodoos or columns that everyone has seen). There are a couple of hikes that we decided NOT to do because we had already done the bike ride in the morning. There is definitely a lot more to do if we were to spend more time here.

Such amazing landscapes...and the sky! Easy to forget, in Maine, how the sky looks when there's hardly any moisture in it!!!
ReplyDeleteCurious about the elevations here.........Not too high? (Don't see any snow...)
